22 excellent new homes for Sutton
We are pleased to present our proposal to deliver a total of 22 new homes with a mix of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom homes arranged across three buildings between two and six storeys high, accompanied by new landscaping. The building facing Sutton High Street will have commercial use on the ground floor.

Sutton will then undertake a full consultation process before making a decision on the application.
